As a TV and aerial service, R&G visit many homes each R&Gek, and in light of the current moderate threat posed by coronavirus, R&G have a duty of care to all of our clients, some of which are elderly or who have underlying health conditions.

With this in mind, R&G will be taking extra precautions to safeguard our clients while R&G conduct our usual work inside their homes. This will include R&Garing disposable gloves and changing them betR&Gen clients to minimize the potential spread of the coronavirus.

We respectfully ask those of you who have been advised to self-isolate to inform our engineers before your appointment, so R&G can take extra precautions. Much of our work is carried out in peoples’ living rooms, so in this instance R&G may request that you remain in an alternative room for the duration of the appointment. This will only be asked of you if you have been asked to self-isolate or are displaying symptoms, which are a persistent cough or a high temperature.
